Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tbsp Splendor Garden Yellow Mustard Seed (ground)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp Splendor Garden Rosemary, crushed
• 1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Thyme (ground)
• 1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Sage (ground)
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp marjoram
• 1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Black Pepper (ground)

Instructions

Whisk together ingredients and pour over chicken, pork or shrimp in a sealable bag or in a bowl with a lid.
Refrigerate and marinate for 6 to 10 hours.
