Thyme is low in Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is a good source of Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Magnesium, Zinc, and Copper, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron, and Manganese.
