Vegetarian Oat Burgers
Ingredients 1 cup Splendor Garden Gluten Free Thick Rolled Oats 1 cup crackers, crushed 3 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 onion, chopped fine 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tsp Splendor Garden Sage 3/4 tsp Splendor Garden Thyme 1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Salt Instructions Brown onions in a skillet.Combine other ingredients in a separate bowl and add onions.Slowly add water until moist (about 1/2 cup).Mix well.Form into patties and gently brown in skillet, then place patties in a pan and add 2 cups of boiling water + 1 tbsp of soya sauce.Cover and simmer for 30 minutes at 350º.
