Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Thyme (ground)
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Splendor Garden Parsely
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Black Pepper (ground)
1/4 cup red OR white vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
6 large tomatoes
Instructions
Peel tomatoes and cut in 1/2" slices.
Place in shallow dish.
In a separate bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
Mix well and pour over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
