- 2 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Splendor Garden Black Pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp Splendor Garden Poultry Seasoning
- 1 tsp Spendor Garden Thyme (ground)
- 1 tsp Splendor Garden Oregano
- 1 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Onion Granulates
Instructions
Combine coating mix ingredients in a bag.
Coat chicken pieces with egg.
Place in bag and shake until coated.
Fry pieces in skillet and place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
