Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper, cubed
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden All-Purpose Seasoning
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Basil
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Dill Weed
1/4 tsp Splendor Garden Parsley
1/4 cup butter
Instructions
Combine chopped vegetables and seasonings in a large bowl.
Divide between 4 pieces of heavy duty tinfoil (about 12 x 12 inches).
Pour the seasoned vegetables onto the pieces tinfoil and dot with butter.
Wrap the tinfoil around vegetables and seal tight by folding the edges, creating a seal.
Grill, covered, over medium heat 20-25 minutes.
Open foil carefully and allow steam to escape.
Top with sour cream and enjoy!
