1 - 2 lbs thawed pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Splendor Garden Organic Jerk Seasoning
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Oil to drizzle
Preheat your oven or BBQ to 350 degrees.
Take the pork loin and place on a tin foiled cookie sheet. Lightly drizzle oil over the loin. Then take the Jerk Seasoning and mix with the sea salt. Sprinkle the blended seasoning evenly over the entire pork loin. Once you have covered the meat in spice, gently massage the spices into the meat. Sprinkle more spice if needed.
Place the cookie sheet on your BBQ, in the middle and let cook for 20 minutes before turning over. Let cook for another 20 minutes or until fully cooked throughout. Remove from BBQ and place the loin on a serving plate to cut into slices. Enjoy!
