Seafood Kabobs


1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Powder
1 tsp Splendor Garden Oregano
1 tsp Splendor Garden Seafood Seasoning
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Basil
Scallops, shrimp, and veggies of choice


Soak skewers in warm water.
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Divide into two separate bowls, one for veggies and the other for seafood, and marinate for 1-3 hours.
Pierce on skewers and grill.
Serve hot on a bed of rice.
