Peanut Ginger Sauté


2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pepper, cut into strips 
4 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Ginger
Sea salt to taste 
1/2 cup water


Melt oil in skillet.
Fry onions and minced garlic until caramelized.
Add chicken strips and other ingredients.
Simmer on medium heat until chicken strips are cooked thoroughly, stirring frequently so the peanut butter and honey are evenly spread.
Cook down until desired consistency is reached.
Serve on a bed of rice or noodles and enjoy!
