Holiday Baked Yams

Splendor Garden Holiday Baked Yams


 1 large yam
 3 tablespoons olive oil
 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 3/2 teaspoon Splendor Garden Apple Pie Spice


Rinse and peel yam.
Dice into bite-sized pieces.
Mix oil, salt, and Apple Pie Spice.
Pour over yams and coat well.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 400º for about half an hour, or until soft.
Serve hot and enjoy!
