2 medium onions, chopped
4 Splendor Garden Bay Leaves
2 tsp Splendor Garden Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Splendor Garden Oregano
1 tsp Splendor Garden Garlic Granules
1 tsp Splendor Garden Basil
4 tbsp beef soup base
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Splendor Garden Black Pepper (ground)
2 - 4 cups celery, chopped
2 - 4 cups carrots, chopped
2 - 4 cups cabbage, chopped
2 - 4 cups potatoes, chopped
1 can tomatoes
Instructions
Fry ground beef in a large pot.
Drain grease.
Fill pot half-full of water, add pot barley and onions.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Add bay leaves and seasonings, let simmer.
Add vegetables and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
