Who doesn’t love Indian food? Try this flavourful sauce over pork chops or as a dip for your homemade fries.
- 1 Large onion
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Splendor Garden Organic Garlic Pepper Blend
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce - low sodium
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water + 1 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Water as needed
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown onions and garlic. Once brown add all other ingredients and stir to prevent lumps. Sauce is done when thickened and translucent. If you prefer your sauce thinner you can add more water. Serve over meat like grilled pork chops.
