- 1 package of zucchini noodles
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp Splendor Garden Organic Garlic Powder
Fry zoodles for 2 min in avocado oil. On the stove top melt butter and add the garlic powder. Mix well with a whisk and add cream, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour to thicken. Cook for 2 min being careful not to burn. Take off the heat add shaved Parmesan. This will leave some cheesy chunks of goodness. Plate and enjoy!
