- 4 corn cobs
- 4 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- Splendor Garden Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Place each cob into its own piece of tin foil. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil to each cob and spread evenly. Sprinkle the Lemon Pepper Seasoning onto each and don’t be afraid to add a little extra! Close up the tin foil and place on the BBQ. Let them cook on a low heat until the kernels are soft and golden. Another option for cooking the corn is to boil it in a large pot 3/4 full of water. Serves 4.
