
Ingredients
Mix in bowl:
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large bananas
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
In another bowl:
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Splendor Garden Organic Gluten Free Whole Oat Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 350° and grease your muffin tins so they don't stick.
Mix both bowls of ingredients separately until the wet ingredients are blended and the dry ingredients are mixed evenly. Then combine both bowls, add the chocolate chips and fold the ingredients together. Once mixed, take an ice cream scoop or a large spoon and start filling your muffin tins with the muffin batter.
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes.
