Looking for a different way to use the Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning, with the versatile ingredients in it you could put it on almost anything!!
This weekend I used the Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning in a simple recipe in the Slow Cooker
Slow Cooker Pork Roast:
3-4 Lb Pork Roast
2 sweet onions
1 Tsp minced Garlic
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning
Cut up two onions into large chunks, place them in the bottom of the slow cooker, rub the roast with the Southern Fried Chicken Seasoning, place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Pour 2 cups chicken broth over entire roast. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or cook on high for 4-6 hours. Till roast is tender and falls apart easily. #deliciouslyspicier
