Organic Gluten-Free Oats – Full of Natural Goodness

Oats are one of the healthiest superfoods and are loaded with dietary fiber, containing more than any other grain. For gluten intolerant or sensitive people, pure oats are an excellent whole grain choice as they are naturally gluten-free. However, not all retail oats are gluten-free because of cross-contamination. With the recent launch of our Splendor Garden certified gluten-free oats, Canadians can now enjoy more options and peace of mind for cleaner and purer oats that are full of natural goodness, without the gluten. Even healthier, our oats are also certified organic!

4 things to know about Splendor Garden’s new Organic Gluten-Free Oats!

Organic Gluten-Free Oats are 100% Canadian

As Splendor Garden is based in the heart of the oat-growing region of Canada, it was a natural fit for us to create a line of oat products. We’ve partnered with Grain Millers in Saskatchewan to bring you the highest quality and cleanest 100% Canadian oats. They operate a certified organic facility which also has a “gold standard” for certified gluten-free oat milling.

Splendor Garden’s organic gluten-free oats are available as thick rolled, quick rolled and steel cut in 5 retail options:

Quick Rolled Oats 500 g bag
Quick Rolled Oats 908 g bag

Whether you’re consuming steel cut, rolled or quick oats, you’re getting practically the same nutritional value and fiber content despite their different levels of processing, textures and cooking times.

Organic Gluten-Free as a Healthier and Purer Choice

Oats are nutrient-dense and an excellent source of soluble fiber for any diet, delivering 4 grams per 1/2 cup serving. Oats also contain ample vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein and complex carbohydrates. Just one cup of oats can give you 70% of your daily manganese requirement.

They may promote heart health by reducing blood cholesterol levels. Oats are also thought to be diabetes-friendly and are a prebiotic for the digestive system.

As our gluten-free oats are also organic, they are purer and healthier with no preservatives, pesticides, artificial flavours/colours, fillers, and additives. All Splendor Garden oats have no added sugar or salt and are GMO-free and nut-free.

Bulk Packaged for a Greener Footprint

Organic Gluten-Free OatsIn the case of our organic gluten-free oats, good things come in big packages! Being mindful of wasteful packaging, we’re providing our oats in distinctive, resealable bags in flexible sizes of 500 g, 700 g and 908 g.

In addition to having resealability, our oat packages come with a convenient, reusable adhesive label for people that prefer to store oats in their own refillable glass, metal or ceramic container. Our recommendation is to make sure the container is airtight and stored in a cool, dark spot in your pantry cupboard.
